1. Acceptance
By registering an account or using emberbets, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be 19 or older (18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec) and located in a jurisdiction where use of this site is permitted. emberbets is not part of the Ontario-regulated iGaming market; Ontario residents should use an iGaming Ontario-registered operator instead. Self-excluded persons and operator employees may not hold an account.
3. Account Registration
One account per person. You must provide accurate information at sign-up. We reserve the right to refuse or close registrations that violate these Terms.
4. KYC Verification
Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal, in line with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practice. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Processing generally takes 24–48 hours.
5. Deposits
All accounts operate in CAD. Minimum deposit is CA$20. Accepted methods include Interac e-Transfer, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay/Google Pay and select cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used to deposit, where possible, to support AML compliance.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by method — Interac withdrawals are typically fastest. We reserve the right to conduct additional review on large or unusual transactions.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus and ongoing promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Bonus page, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry windows. Bonus abuse (including multi-accounting or low-risk arbitrage betting) voids bonus funds and associated winnings.
8. Restricted Behaviour
Prohibited: multi-accounting, use of bots or scripts, collusion, chargebacks, and use of VPNs/proxies to circumvent access restrictions. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory reasons, or at your request (including self-exclusion). Verified real-money balances not connected to a breach are returned upon closure.
10. Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a verified technical error or game malfunction, affected bets are voided and stakes returned. We are not liable for losses arising from a player's own connectivity issues.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount deposited by you in the relevant period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, game content and software belong to emberbets or its licensors/game providers. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating licence. Disputes are first handled through customer support; unresolved complaints can be escalated per the process on our Contacts page.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
