1. General Provisions
These rules apply to all games on emberbets, alongside our full Terms & Conditions. Game-specific rules take precedence over general rules where they conflict. We reserve the right to amend these rules; the effective date is shown above.
2. Bet Placement & Acceptance
Once a spin or bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be recalled. All outcomes are validated server-side. If a connection drops mid-round, the game state is preserved and resumes on reconnection per the individual provider's standard handling.
3. RNG Audits & RTP Disclosure
All games use independently certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information screen and are not altered by emberbets.
4. Slot Game Rules
Minimum and maximum bets vary by title and are shown in-game. Free spins and bonus features follow each provider's published mechanics. In the rare event of a verified game malfunction, the round is voided and the stake returned.
5. Live Casino Rules
Live dealer games (Evolution and other studios) follow standard casino procedure. If a stream disconnects mid-round, the round is settled based on the verified game result once reconnected, or voided if the result cannot be confirmed. Session idle timeout applies after extended inactivity.
